Code of Ethics
Dexlapro Code of Business Conduct & Ethics
1. Core Values & Mission Statement
Dexlapro is committed to industrial excellence and sustainable development. Our operations are built on three pillars: Integrity, Operational Safety, and Innovation. We act not just to comply with laws, but to set the standard for corporate citizenship in the markets we serve.
2. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
Given the high-risk nature of energy and infrastructure projects, this is the primary ethical mandate.
Safety First: No task is so important that it justifies a shortcut in safety protocols. Every employee has the “Right to Stop Work” if they perceive an unsafe condition.
Environmental Stewardship: We actively minimize our ecological footprint by utilizing advanced coatings, efficient logistics, and waste-reduction technologies.
Emergency Preparedness: We maintain rigorous standards for disaster prevention and rapid response to protect our personnel and the communities near our offshore and onshore sites.
3. Integrity in Operations & Governance
Anti-Corruption: Dexlapro maintains a Zero-Tolerance Policy toward bribery, kickbacks, and any form of corruption. We do not offer or accept “facilitation payments” to expedite government processes.
Fair Competition: We compete vigorously but fairly. We do not engage in price-fixing, market allocation, or any anti-competitive behavior.
Conflict of Interest: Employees must avoid any relationship or activity that might impair—or even appear to impair—their ability to make objective decisions on behalf of Dexlapro.
4. Fair Labor Practices & Human Rights
Diversity and Inclusion: We foster a workplace free from discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or disability. We value the diverse perspectives that a global workforce brings.
Harassment-Free Workplace: Dexlapro prohibits any form of harassment, whether verbal, physical, or visual.
Labor Standards: we strictly prohibit child labor and forced labor in our operations and throughout our supply chain.
5. Data Integrity & Financial Transparency
Accurate Records: All financial transactions, R&D data, and operational logs must be recorded accurately and honestly. Falsifying records is a grounds for immediate termination.
Protection of Assets: Employees are responsible for the protection of Dexlapro’s physical assets (machinery, vessels, facilities) and intellectual property (proprietary coatings, software, and engineering designs).
Confidentiality: Proprietary information regarding Dexlapro’s bidding strategies and client contracts must be kept strictly confidential.
6. Community & Social Responsibility
Local Impact: Where Dexlapro operates, we aim to uplift the local economy by prioritizing local hiring and supporting community development projects.
Political Neutrality: Dexlapro does not make political contributions. We respect the right of employees to participate in the political process as private citizens, provided it does not involve company resources.
7. Compliance and Reporting
The “Dexlapro Ethics Hotline”: We provide a confidential, anonymous channel for employees and third parties to report ethical violations.
Non-Retaliation: Dexlapro guarantees that no employee will suffer professional consequences for reporting a concern in good faith.
